Experience

I’ve spent nearly two decades in tech and entertainment. In that time I built high-performing teams across continents, led organizations through rapid growth, and worked on some of the world’s most complex challenges while successfully scaling people and culture.

I’m a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute’s rigorous coaching program and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), blending formal coaching discipline with lived experience. My work now centers on transforming people and organizations: unlocking human potential, and designing cultures + operations that sustain performance over time.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my family — on the water, in museums, or exploring culture through travel, comedy and design.
